Pricing depends on the property size, service type, and styling period. Vacant styling typically starts from $2,500 for apartments and $3,500+ for houses. Consultations start from $350. Contact us for a tailored quote — we'll always be transparent about costs upfront.
How long does the styling period last?
Our standard styling period is 6–8 weeks, which covers most sales campaigns. Extensions are available if your property takes longer to sell. We work with your agent to align the styling period with your campaign.
Do I need to be home during the install?
No — we just need access to the property. Most clients hand us the keys and return to a beautifully styled home. We handle everything from delivery to installation.
